Doing our bit to aid the fight against the Australian bushfires

Inspired by the resilience of the Australian spirit and humbled by the heroism of emergency workers, today we have donated 50,000 AUD to help in the fight against the Australian bushfires.

We are proud to announce that our business has donated 50,000 AUD to the Australian Red Cross who are providing support to those individuals and communities who have been most affected by this environmental disaster.

A devastating time
Kevin Algeo, Head of APAC & Africa, said: “In the Australian office and beyond, people have been moved by the destructive impact of the bushfires. I’ve found it devastating to see how ferocious and damaging these fires have been to individuals, communities and the environment, while at the same time I’ve been inspired by the heroism and selflessness displayed by the firefighters and other emergency service workers who have quite literally put their lives on the line to help others. It’s been remarkable to see how ordinary Australians are responding to what is a crisis. I’m proud that IG Australia has joined in supporting this response and helping with the relief effort.”
