Our impact

Everyone wants to make a difference. But do they? We do.

We pledge the equivalent of 1% of our post-tax profits to charitable causes. This happens through cash donations and employee volunteering time. Our people get two days off each year for volunteering – giving them opportunities to work with and raise money for any cause they believe in.

Improving the quality of education, specifically financial literacy, is something we’re extremely passionate about. We do this through our Brighter Future Fund – our vehicle for funding community outreach projects – and various partners across the world.

We also care deeply for our planet, which is why we strive to be a carbon neutral business. We’re constantly working to protect and regenerate resources and offset any impact we might make on the environment.
