IG Group appoints Mike McTighe as Chairman to support June Felix and team on the execution of the Group’s strategy

The Board of IG Group Holdings plc ("IG", "the Group", "the Company"), a global leader in online trading, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Michael (Mike) McTighe as Chairman of the Board. Jonathan Moulds will continue to serve as interim Chairman until 3 February 2020 when Mike McTighe’s appointment takes effect.
