Directorate change

IG Group Holdings Plc ("IG", "the Group" or "the Company"), a global leader in online trading, today announces that, as previously announced, Andy Green will step down as Chairman at the conclusion of the Company’s AGM on 19 September 2019. Jonathan Moulds will be appointed as Interim Chairman immediately following the AGM.

The Group also announces that Andrew Didham has been appointed as an additional Non-Executive Director of the Company.
