IG is pleased to announce it has become a sponsor of this year's BFI Flare: LGBT London Film Festival.

Organised by the British Film Institute, the festival is the biggest LGBT film festival in Europe. Now in its 31st year, the festival has launched the careers of many Hollywood directors and this year will include more than 50 features and 100 shorts, as well as a range of special events, guest appearances and workshops.

The festival is held at the BFI on the Southbank, London, and takes place 16-26 March.

As part of our partnership we are teaming up with Interbank – the London Financial Services LGBT Forum – to support the screening of 'Miles', a coming-of-age comedy by director Nathan Adloff.

The film tells the story of a teenage boy who joins his school's girls' volleyball team in an attempt to get a college scholarship.

It will be screened at the festival on Tuesday 21 March and Thursday 23 March.

Michelle Eardley, Head of HR at IG 'We are proud to be supporting the festival and showing the world how we value equality, inclusion and diversity. It reflects our company wide commitment to these values and creating a culture where everyone is able to be themselves.'
