Institutional Sales Support (Melbourne)
Working closing with the Institutional Sales Support Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the inception and ongoing maintenance of relationships with Third Party Introducers and White Label Partners. To provide back office support for a number of Institutional clients and IB sales support to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Drafting, generating and checking IB agreements and establishing new IB's on internal system
- Liaising closely with UK Rebates team and dealing with rebate enquiries at local level.
- Ensuring Sales Executives stay within set parameters.
- Dealing with third party introducers and being the first point of contact for White Label partners and ensuring their sites are current and up to date.
- Liaising with Institutional Brokers on a regular basis with regards to account, platforms and statements queries.
The successful applicant will have:
- A minimum of 24 months administrative experience in an office environment where accuracy and numeracy was paramount.
- Degree qualification and experience within a Financial Services environment desirable, however not essential.
- European languages advantageous.
Personal attributes will include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good, patient telephone manner.
- IT trouble shooting ability.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard.
- Diligent and highly numerate with high attention to detail.
- Proactive and works well under pressure.
- Well organised with excellent time management skills.
