We are currently looking for graduates to join:
- Financial Dealing
Financial Dealing
All graduates start off with an intensive six-month probationary period. Dealers and heads of desk take an active role in training graduates, engaging in role play and setting 'bet tests' to make sure new employees have the aptitude and judgement required for their new role.
The probationary period is followed by 12 months of immersion in the business. Once graduates are familiar with how the business works and have had time to develop strong ideas about improving the way we work, they are appointed to a dealing desk.
Successful candidates are likely to have a minimum of a 2:1 degree in a numerate subject and will be enthusiastic and willing to challenge the way we do things, with a view to pushing the company further towards success.
Career Development
Training for all employees is ongoing and we employ a number of full-time trainers and run a programme of lectures on specific markets and products for all of our employees around the business.
