Client Services Executive
The Client Services Executive is responsible for supporting the operational activities of Clients and IG Stakeholders under the guidance of the Head of Customer Experience and Client Services Supervisors.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide real-time operational support to Clients via telephone or email
- Respond to administrative (accounts), IT (helpdesk) and financial (dealing) queries
- Provide operational support to the Dealing Desk
- Adhere to all Client Services SLA’s and KPI’s
- Provide first-level dispute resolution in accordance with IG Complaints Management policy
- Exemplify the “First-Call Resolution” ideal
- Ensure all Client/Staff feedback is recorded appropriately
- Adhere to all Compliance requirements in any dealings involving Client data
- Ensure strict adherence to Privacy, AML/CTF and Financial Advice legislation.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience within an Administrative role within a client services environment
- Degree qualification and experience within a Financial Services environment desirable, however not essential.
- European languages advantageous.
Personal attributes will include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good, patient telephone manner
- IT troubleshooting ability
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with a variety of Web Browsers
- Mathematical / Financial acumen
- Dispute resolution experience
- Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard
- A logical and analytical approach with attention to detail
- Proactive and works well under pressure
- Well organised with good time management skills
