Business/Project Manager/Business Analyst

We are recruiting a new Business Manager to coordinate IT projects. This role is a cross between a Business Analyst and Project Manager, so ideally you will have done both these roles. We will train you internally, and you will spend time on our dealing floor so that you can really understand our business.

Job responsibilities

• Working within our team of Business Managers, your role provides an important link between the business and IT department.
• Through your regular communications with the business and senior managers, you will be responsible for specifying and driving key strategic projects, as well as providing day to day business support to the global operations.

Essential requirements

• You should have experience in Project Management and as a Business Analyst
• Ideally you will have been trained and worked in an Agile environment, and thoroughly understand followed the full development life cycle
• Ideally you will have experience of working in finance
• We are seeking a self-starter, who is proactive and will question anything that is put forward by the business

Formal qualifications aren’t as important as the right attitude and an analytical approach.
