Advertising/Ad Operations Manager - Trafficking
IG Group is seeking an Ad Operations Manager to work within the Online team in our Marketing department, to ensure that our display advertising campaigns are successfully delivered across our range of websites on time and to specification.
Job responsibilities
- The set-up, execution and trafficking of campaigns
- Ensuring all online media campaigns are monitored and optimised
- Inventory management and daily trafficking
- Maintaining key relationships with the Marketing teams who provide the digital assets
- Liaising on a regular basis with the agency
- Generating weekly and monthly post-campaign reports
- Optimising campaign performance with a view to improving performance
- Setting up accurate scheduling and QA of all display campaigns
Essential criteria
You must have an Ad Operations background and the following experience:
- At least two years' experience with DFA
- An Ad Operation/Trafficking Campaign Management background in both standard and rich media
- Experience managing large budgets. Candidates will be expected to give details of budgets managed and detail how success was measured
- Experience running tests to assess click-through rates
- Excellent analytical and data interrupting skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Degree-level education and fluent in English
- An exceptionally hands-on individual who will take full responsibility for the delivery and optimisation of display advertising with day-to-day tasks
- Self-starting, enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and strong commercial focus
- Willing and able to help colleagues
- Very articulate/excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated by targets and results
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of SEO and PP
