Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

The Company has received notification in accordance with Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985 that as at 27th January 2006, UBS AG had a notifiable interest in 10,593,217 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.23% of the fully paid issued share capital.
