About the team

At IG we believe our people are our biggest asset. The role of the HR team is vital in ensuring the business is filled with the talent it needs to become the default choice for active traders globally. Not only do we recruit the right people, but we support them throughout their time with IG, helping them to enjoy varied, challenging and rewarding careers in the business. 

We have a range of roles in the team, from learning and development specialists to operational HR managers, reward and tax experts to communications professionals. We work together to manage all the different aspects of employment including benefits, training, development, safety and culture, enabling both the organisation and our people to thrive.

London, UK

 

Over 20 HR professionals work in our global headquarters to oversee the recruitment and retention of IG’s talent. The modern office sits in the heart of London’s ‘Square Mile’ and has a roof garden that offers views of the Thames and many of the City’s most famous landmarks.

Melbourne, Australia

 

Our Australian HR team has been in place since Melbourne became IG’s first overseas office back in 2002. The premium office space sits close to the banks of the Yarra River and the city’s famous sporting arenas.

Krakow, Poland

 

Our new, technology-focused Krakow office has its own HR team in place to oversee IG’s recruitment drive in Poland. The modern workspace is fitted out with Agile-friendly open-plan team areas and meeting rooms with innovation spaces. It also has convenient tram transport links and provides fantastic views of the city.
