This department is divided into a few different areas so that we can provide targeted support at every stage of a client’s journey with us.
You’ll be responsible for setting up retail and institutional client accounts, and managing contracts with introducing brokers.
Make sure new clients have everything they need to get started. You’ll provide support over the phone and by email, and host face-to-face seminars and online webinars.
Help us offer impeccable customer support by phone, email, social media and live chat. You’ll assist clients with our various trading platforms and apps, quote prices, execute trades and resolve disputes.
Premium client managers (PCMs)
You’ll provide a hands-on, bespoke account management and dealing service to our most valuable retail, professional and institutional accounts.
Conversion, retention and reactivation (CRR)
As part of this specialist team, you’ll help us ensure that our clients stay with us. You’ll encourage conversion across different account types, and proactively contact dormant clients to help them get back into trading.
